Visual examination
During your oral cancer screening, we carefully examine your mouth, throat, and tongue for any unusual growths, lesions, or changes in tissue appearance. Physical Assessment
We gently feel around your neck, jaw, and throat to check for any lumps, swelling, or abnormalities. This step helps identify changes beneath the surface that may not be visible during a routine exam. It’s a quick and comfortable part of your screening that adds an extra layer of protection.
Symptom Identification
